Answer: It is an error screen that pops up on the computer after a system crash or a fatal system error like:

With WDS, you will be able to format any number of new computers by just plugging the Ethernet, without any physical support like Windows DVDs or USB drives.
You need three things, to Use WDS:

Answer: Remote Desktop Connection, MSTSC command, can be used to access the client in a different location from the server. It allows you to use someone else’s computer as if you are next to it but you must either have the IP address of the remote computer or you must be on the same network.
To use this command, launch the Run Window and type mstsc /v:COMPUTER /f where V specifies the remote computer and f specifies full screen. Then click next.
You can also type mstsc and hit enter to open the dialogue box for Remote Desktop, where you can add the name of the computer or IP address to login.
