  156. You use “Q&A” throughout the book and it is incorrect. That stands for “Questions & Answers” the portion of a lecture/speech that is open to “Q&A”. The correct term is “QA”, Quality Assurance.

  162. p17, last bullet: “Provides recommendation on whether or not the application/system is ready for production.” This is incorrect. Testing only provides information – as to the state of the product. Management decides whether it’s ready for production based on previously defined acceptance levels.

  181. Thanks Vijay, Great work,Helpful for all testers irrespective of their seniority. But I would like to tell that after reading the whole ebook I found that you have mentioned that “verifying whether we have built the right system or not is called verification (static testing) in one place and controversy at the other page.Please refer page 7 and 32.And there are very few spelling mistakes and word misplacement.Still I am confused with verification and validation. Can you please confirm on this?
