The system computerizes the entire need of an Automobile Workshop. Right from the time a vehicle enters for service till the point when the vehicle is delivered all the activities in the Workshop are computerized using WMS.As and when the vehicle reports for repair a REPAIR ORDER is being generated in WMS where the Customer Details, Vehicle Details and the Complaints Reported are recorded. During the repair, for any requirement of Spare Parts the System has an ISSUE Module via which the user will be able to issue the parts from the stock to the floor operations, the system also supports with an ISSUE RETURN module to record the return of Spare Parts from Floor to Parts Department. The Labor performed on the vehicle is being recorded in the LABOUR ENTRY module and finally CASH / CREDIT BILL is generated after the approval from the customer based on the PROFORMA INVOICE generated from the System.The Purchase Module available in the system helps the user to generate the REORDER report based on the average consumption for the last n Months and based on the same an Order is prepared. On receipt of the material from the Vendor, the MRN (Material Receipt Module) helps in recording the Purchase and updating the Stock. The system has an provision for recording the sales made in the Counter using COUNTER SALE Module. There is MTN (Material Transfer Module) to capture the Transfer of Stock from one Branch to another. The MAN (Material Adjustment Module) helps in balancing the System Stock to Physical Stock by MAN + / MAN -There is a well supported DATABASE MANAGEMENT process which helps the user to create and modify USER RIGHTS, Take and Restore BACKUP and perform YEAR END operations.
