Association for software testing announced their third annual conference (Cast 2008), to be held on 14-16 July in Toronto, Canada. The conference theme for current year is “”Beyond the Boundaries: Interdisciplinary Approaches to Software Testing”.

Infosys Chief Executive and Managing Director, Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan estimated global software testing business to reach $13 Billion by 2010. Out of these approximately half of the testing work will be outsourced to India - according to Mr. Gopalakrishnan. That’s great news for Indian software testers.

QAI’s 7th annual Software Testing leadership awards have been declared last week in Bangalore. AztecSoft Won first prize with NIIT and HCL as first and second runners up.
Let me tell you in short about QAI. QAI(Quality assurance Institute) is global software testing and other ITES consulting organization. QAI is arranging the annual software testing conferences worldwide. The last conference was held in Bangalore on August 24 and 25.
