Severity shows "How sever Bug is" (i.e. if there is any bug found in any functionality then how it is impacting on system) Priority shows "Urgency of fixing the bug" (i.e. Seeting the priority for solving the bug, if any bug is more sever then it should be fix first.) Both severity and priority are related with bug.
