5 Job description:
• Ensures that the QA team is following a defined QA process throughout the product lifecycle to achieve delivery dates.
• Creates detailed QA plans, prioritizes work assignments and assigns projects based on available resources.
• Has budget responsibility and is held accountable for all project-related costs. Sets clear objectives for direct reports and compares deliverables against objectives. Delivers appropriate and timely quarterly and annual reviews.
• Manages day-to-day decisions of project teams, including bug priorities, work assignments and work sequencing. Responsible for the technical development and management of a single complex project.
• Interfaces with senior management to report on project and program milestones and to present project needs. Has full budgetary responsibilities.
• Establishes and recommends changes to policies which effect subordinate organization. Responsible for the management of multiple teams.
• Delivers appropriate and timely quarterly and annual reviews.
• Responsible for working with the development team to produce the functional specification, architectural documents and engineering plans.
• Has budget responsibility and is held accountable for all project-related costs.
• Participates in requirement definition for specific projects, as well as participating in cross project requirement priority setting.
• Directs the activities of groups in singular or multiple disciplines.
• Requires complete functional knowledge and awareness of company goals and objectives.
• Develops functional processes for area managed.
• Develops operational policies within the area managed.
• Requires the ability to influence others to achieve results.
• Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies, which affect immediate operations and may also, have company-wide effect.

6 Technical Skills required: (Must have)
• 10+ years of experience.
• Windows based products or services spanning multiple releases
• Demonstrated passion for quality, innovative approach to solving problems and customer-first attitude are required.
• Strong analytical thinking skill, and is able to analyze and optimize existing software applications for purpose of maintenance or redesign.
• Strong (proven) leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and drive, motivate other team members.
• Experience in C++
• Windows platform
• Software Testing life cycle experience
7 Experience required (Years): • 10 – 15 Years of Experience
• 3+ Years of Experience in Managing multiple teams
8 Education preferred: • Requires a Masters or Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Industry recognized certification of relevant subject matter expertise
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Strong command of English business language.
9 Evaluation process: There will be multiple rounds of technical and management interviews.
