Test Planning, Scheduling, Requirement Analysis, Involvement in client interaction, reviews, Communication skill, CM tools
Process Knowledge, Knowledge of Status Report, Regression Testing Tools, Performance testing tools, Security Testing, Load/Stress Testing, Installation/ Deployment Testing
Good to have skill sets
Certification- ISTQB fundamentals
Salary not a constraint for right candidate
