I introduced Testlink to my organization for test management and its works fine. TestLink is one of easy to use tool and its contain valuable features as well.

XStudio (http://www.xqual.com) is free and includes many more features – it handles requirements, coverage, traceability matrix, bugs and even scrum-oriented project management.

One major pro of XStudio is its open-source SDK allowing to develop proprietary launchers (30 launchers are already available to run major types of tests though – Manual tests, qtp, testcomplete, JUnit, testPartner, AutoIt, NUnit etc.).

Maybe you could consider reviewing it as well?
