Skill – The Ideal candidate should be:
1) Strong in Manual, Automation and database testing (preferably SQL Server otherwise oracle is also fine) – writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers.
2) Experience in testing concepts – test planning , test methodologies , test strategies , test scenarios etc( complete test life cycle)
3) Nice to have exposure in white box testing (not a compulsion) or any other types of testing.
Experience – 5 - 9 Years (with Multi level positions)
Position - Permanent
Education - BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MCM/ M.Tech/ BS (From Regular College)
