Education Required – Bachelors Degree
Experience Required – 5 to 7 Years
Position Requirements:
- Should have 6-8 years QA Testing experience with various applications built using Java, ASP, VB, C++, packaged CRM and ERP applications, and database scripts
- Should have 1-2 years experience in development tools.
- Should have hands-on experience with Test Automation tools like Borland Silk Test / Performer, Win Runner, Test Director, Rational Robot, Load Runner, QTP and defect tracking tools.
- Candidates with SQA background preferred.
- Functional business experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM and Marketing modules
- Competencies that are critical to the job are: analytical thinking, global perspective, customer focus, fostering open communication and inspiring trust.
- Experience with multiple platforms, web servers/ application servers, databases, web technologies, object oriented programming languages.
- Good understanding of product life cycle, and QA and automation processes.
- Proven track record working in a distributed environment.
