* Strong organizational skills and must be able to multi-task.
* Must possess excellent communication skills; oral, written, and presentation skills
* Must be able to relate interpersonally with all levels of the organization
Knowledge/Experience
* Training in quality assurance and auditing, preferably software specific
* Knowledge of software quality and regulatory standards such as SEI CMM, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 / EN 46001 and FDA QSR
* Experience with all aspects of software development (Software Engineering Methodology; Process Management; Software Integration and Test; Configuration Management) is desirable
