Job description:
- Planning, Installation and management of Mercury Business Availability Center (BAC).
- Monitor Business Availability Center Dashboard for application availability and performance problems.
- Triage the alerts generated by monitoring between applications and Business Availability Center.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of SLA /OLA monitoring and reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in mercury suite of products (e.g.; Mercury Load Runner / Performance Center; Mercury Topaz / Business Availability Center/Site Scope)
- Expertise in BAC and Site Scope is essential.
- Experience in performance testing is desirable (but not mandatory).
Desired profile:
- Proven ability to identify potential problems/outstanding tasks, and find solutions
- Proven ability to work with senior management and co-ordinate with disparate teams across the globe.
- Maintains good working relationships with client, other functional disciplines and partner organizations
