2) Software Quality Assurance:
MTS / SMTS / PMTS for GGSN, LTE, PCRF, PDG-TTG, GGSN Customer Lab
Eligibility criterion: 3 to 12 years of experience in wireless telecom domain.
Education- B.E. / B. Tech; M.E/ M. Tech (Electronics & Communications / Computer Science / IT)
Requirements:-
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing/scripting one or more of the domain/protocol areas. Will be responsible for designing, developing and executing Test Scripts & test strategies that may include evaluation and usage of 3rd party test tools.
Must have:-
* Exposure to CDMA / UMTS / LTE wireless technologies
* Prior experience of testing wireless packet core network nodes
* Thorough understanding of the 3GPP / 3GPP2 Specs
* Understanding of Routing protocols-OSPF/BGP/ MPLS
* Understanding of RADIUS / DIAMETER billing
* Understanding of tunneling protocols- L2TP, IPSEC, GRE
* Experience in TCL/Expect programming.
* The candidate should have worked with at least one or more of the protocols / technologies mentioned above.

3) Project Manager- Software Quality Assurance
Eligibility criterion: 12 to 15 years of experience with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
Education- B.E. / B. Tech; M.E/ M. Tech
Requirement:-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:-
* Timely and high-quality completion of SQA projects
* Monitor and report SQA project progress
* Manage roles and responsibilities of team members
* Identify and resolve risks and issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate
* Lead, motivate and keep the team focused
* Perform appraisals and ensure career path for team
* Work with the Program manager, development team leaders to assess the work and prioritize the tasks for a project.
* Attend Cross functional project meetings and communicates important information to the project team.
* Analyze project test resource requirements and requests capital and human resources from the functional manager and team leaders.
* Update the feature roadmap and generates schedules as necessary for the project.
* Lead weekly QA Project meetings and provides meeting minutes, action items.
* Provide Performance review input for project team members
Must have:-
* Good understanding of 3GPP / 3GPP2 standards, Experience in CDMA / UMTS domain will be an added advantage
* Experience in TCL/Expect programming is desirable
Should have prior experience in datacom or telecom companies, preferably product companies
* Should have experience of managing multi-site projects
* Excellent technical, problem solving, research and analysis, team building, and leadership skills.
