Description:
You will be involved in design and development activities for a Java based application. You should be a hands on lead with project management and customer communication skills.Required Skills:
- At least 3 year experience with Java.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with Java, Swing, JDBC, etc
- Experience with application servers like Tomcat
- Experience with backends like IBM DB2, Informix, etc
- Sharp and Smart, good troubleshooting skills.
- Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines.
- The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter, and should be able to motivate the team.
Desirable Skills:Following skills although not mandatory, are desirable:

- At least 5 years of total experience.
- At least 3 year experience with Java.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with Java, Swing, JDBC, etc
- Experience with application servers like Tomcat
- Experience with backends like IBM DB2, Informix, etc
- An ability to lead and mentor a team technically.
- Should have managed customer communication
- Sharp and Smart, good troubleshooting skills.
- Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
