could you please clarify one question for me, it’s #17 in 1st paper:
17 How would you estimate the amount of re-testing likely to be required?
a) Metrics from previous similar projects
b) Discussions with the development team
c) Time allocated for regression testing
d) a & b

the correct answer you provide is ‘d’
but in other sources correct answer is ‘a’ and I also think that there is no point to discuss fixed bugs with developers – they always say ‘it’s fixed’ but in 80% it’s not so… (discussion with other Testers would help tho)

Aparna,

It depends on the role you are in and your interest. I would also suggest to go for a level which would help you either in current role or vertical growth.
I think with 9 years of exp., and must be in a lead or mgr role, you should go for TM.
I’m planning to give ISTQB adv. TM certification this year.

Hi Guys,

There are no real dumps for FL ISTQB exam. Please don’t try to purchase, you will be cheated. I cleared my exam on 11th june 2011 and cleared it with 82%. Please read syllabus carefully. Read Rex Black Book for more description. Questions are more tricky and you need to read them carefully and thik twice before to click the option.

Congratulation!!! for becoming a certified tester by clearing ISTQB exam.
As i am going to give the ISTQB FL exam on next month i need some tips and suggestions by some one who already completed this exam. so as you fit for this plz ensure and confirm that ISTQB syllabus book itself is more enough to have for appearing for the exam???because i thoroughly learnt everything in that syllabus…so will there be any additional things to go through strongly to move for further??please specify if you know it as you are experienced with it….

I wrote the exam today. Out of the 40 questions where in each carried 1 mark i was doubtful about 6 questions rest all i was confident that they are correct. I got only 24, to my sudden surprise most of them in the room where i wrote also got 24 only. Every one was shocked, Here most of them in the sense atleast 10 people. I was confused.
